We are looking for an enthusiastic and results driven Inbound Executive for our French market to help us meet our aggressive growth.

The Inbound Executive will be responsible for developing sales opportunities for our language and skills training services with prospects in accordance with Learnlight’s business development strategy and our lead generation and lead nurturing strategy.
You will utilize your experience in sales and client relationships to project a professional image of you as an ambassador of Learnlight and of the company itself.
- New Business Enquiries (80%)
- To respond in a timely and professional manner to all assigned enquiries
- To convert all enquiries (based on agreed metrics)
- To provide excellent customer service to prospective clients
- To draft appropriate responses to all assigned enquiries, either in email or proposal form
- To follow up and close all enquiries by telephone and email
- To accurately record and track all information on Company CRM
- To work closely and seamlessly with the Business Development teams in all Learnlight locations
- To work in close collaboration with the Business Development and Client Management teams to ensure the smooth transition of new business enquiries
- Managing existing enquiries and identifying opportunities for renewal on existing projects (20%)
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in French & English (candidates without advanced levels of French and English will not be considered)
- Education to degree level
- At least one year’s experience in a sales or account management role
- A self-starter with a tenacious, proactive and confident personality
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work remotely
- 700,00 - 800,00 EUR
